Do I need to know anything about lifting to use RepTile?+

Not at all. RepTile is designed so that someone walking into a gym for the first time can clip the sensor, open the app, and get told exactly what to do. The reptile handles the motivation. The AI handles the coaching. You handle the reps.

What does the reptile actually do?+

Your reptile's stats — power, streak, speed — are a direct reflection of your real training data. Miss sessions and it gets sluggish. Hit quality reps and it evolves. It's your performance, made into something you actually want to check on.

What if I'm already a serious lifter who just wants the data?+

The full velocity dashboard, rep-by-rep breakdowns, and session summaries are all there. The reptile is a layer on top — not a replacement. Go as deep into the numbers as you want.

What lifts does the sensor track?+

Our ML auto-detects squat, bench press, deadlift, row, and overhead press from motion alone — no tagging needed. More lifts are on the roadmap.
